By accessing or using the Atlanta Turnovers website or submitting a service request, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Atlanta Turnovers provides eviction cleanouts, property turnovers, trashouts, junk removal, and make-ready support in the Atlanta metro area. All pricing quoted through the website or intake forms is preliminary and finalized after review of job details, photos, access, and urgency.

By submitting a request, you represent that you are legally authorized to engage services for the property described and to direct removal of items from the unit. You agree to provide lawful access and any required documentation.

Payment terms are agreed in writing at the time of scheduling. Accepted payment methods may include credit card, ACH, check, or invoice based on the engagement.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Atlanta Turnovers’ total liability related to any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
